Classes were manageable today. I had Optics at 10, then Physics at noon. Between the two I had my first kebab. It was delicious.
After Physics, I went to the mall to grab a few things, then went back to my apartment. I went to the gym for a bit too.
When I got back, I found out several people were going to King's Cross. I decided to come along, and looked up the best way to get there. It was fairly convoluted, but we made it there ok. I was deemed the leader because I knew where we were going. I typically like knowing generally where I'm headed when I set off toward a place I've never been before, but maybe that's just me.
We took the train from the Queen Victoria Building to King's Cross and after we all got our tickets, we decided we were never traveling in a group this large again

We found the right platform and successfully made it there.
Once we got into King's Cross, many of us were hungry, so we went to McDonald's. Then we began the quest for any bar that would let all of us in. After two and a half failed attempts, we somehow got into this very classy place called Goldfish. Probably too classy. Everything was too expensive so I mainly just sat there awkwardly trying to restrain myself from sticking things in the candles.

We made it through the night, and then got a cab ride home. Our particular cab driver was really entertaining and told us stories about the Olympics and why he doesn't normally pick people up from King's Cross. When we got home, I was exhausted and went to bed.
